- The mineralization of the region has been known for decades;
- Since the mineral resources have continuously been mined over the years, their existence and abundance are well proven;
- The mineral ore in this region contains either rare materials, like tantalum or niobium, or high-demand materials, like tin or tungsten;
- The grades of tin, tungsten and tantalum in the minerals are often exceptional.
